The perimeter doors should be solid core with 190 <br />degree to 220 deqree wide angle viewers and single <br />cylinder dead-bolts with 1° throw and at least 3" <br />screws securing striker plate. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />.6 . <br />7. <br />Bay windows should overlook the parking lot for <br />increased security of vehicles. <br />Sliding qlass dcors should have Charlie bars installed <br />for optimum security. <br />l�ddress and apartment nwabers should be in 5 inch <br />letters and visible from the street and parkinq lots. <br />Mailboxes should be centrally located in an area hiqhly <br />visible to the apartments. <br />Liqhtinq of the parkinq lot should be a minimum of 3-4 <br />foot candles. <br />During the final stages of construction, please contact <br />Dick Thornberry, Crime Prevention Officer, at 259-0416 <br />for further security recommendations. <br />8. The Snohomish County PUD currently has eufficient <br />capacity to serve the proposed development. For <br />further information about the electrical service <br />requirements for this project, please call Kurt Hartin <br />of the District's Cuato•:ier Enqineerinq Office, Everett <br />at 258-8291. <br />9. GTE Northwest Incorporated has facilities near this <br />location.
