The City of Everett Planning Director has found the buildinq, which is located on the above-deacribed property, to be substandard, a hazardous nuisance and consisting of conditions which may endanger the life, limb, health, property, safety and welfare of the public, pursuant to Section 1001 of the Uniform Houainq Code.
