The City of Everett Planning Director has found the <br />buildinq, which is located on the above-deacribed <br />property, to be substandard, a hazardous nuisance and <br />consisting of conditions which may endanger the life, <br />limb, health, property, safety and welfare of the <br />public, pursuant to Section 1001 of the Uniform Houainq <br />Code. Some of those deficiencies are noted as followa: <br />1. All vital systen�s, plumbinq, electrical and heating <br />have been dea�troyed. <br />2. There is a lack of garbage and rubbish removal from <br />the property as determined by the Health Officer. <br />3. The foundation is deteriorated, rotted and <br />inadequate. <br />4.
