Site inspedions wdl be conducted by a person <br />who is knowledgeable in the pnnciples and pracllces of erosion and sediment wntrol and <br />has the necessary skills to�. <br />• Assess lhe site conditions and consVuction activities that cou�d aHect the qua�ity of <br />stormwater, and <br />• Assess the ettectiveness of erosion and sediment control measures used to control <br />the quaGty of slormwater dlscharges. <br />■ P. Certifed Erosion and Sedimenl Control Lead will be on•sile or on-tall at aP times. <br />■ Whenever inspeclion and/cr monitoring reveals that the BMPS idenhfied in this SWPPP <br />are inadequate, due to the actual discharge of or potential to discharge a signiGcant <br />amount o( any pollutant, work in the aBecled area will be suspended as necessary and <br />appropriate BMPs or design changes will be implemented as soon as possible. <br />3.12.4 �daintaining an UFdated Construction SIMPPP <br />■ This SWPPP will be retained omsite or wdhin reascnable access to the sAe. The <br />SWPPP wlll he maintained, updated, and implemented in accordance wdh Condihons <br />510, S1 7, and S72 of the NPDES Permit. <br />■ The SWPPP wdl be modified whenever there is a change in the design, construction, <br />operation, or maintenance al the conslruction site thal has, or could have, a significant <br />eHect on the discharge of pollutants to ofisite waters. <br />■ The SWPPP will be modified il, during inspections or investigations conducted by lhe <br />owner (or their authorized representative) or the apphcable local or state regulatory <br />authority, it is determined that the SWPPP is ineffective in eliminating or significantly <br />mmimizing pollutants m srormwater discharges from the sde. The SWPPP will be <br />moddied as necessary lo include addrtronal or modfied BMPs lo correct the pwblems <br />identdied.
