28. 2070 <br />5.0 POLLUTION FREVENTION TEAM <br />5.1 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <br />3•93256.100 <br />The po�lution prevention team consists of personnel responsi6le for implementing the SWPPP and <br />includes the following: <br />■ Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lcad (CESCL) - 7ne CESC� will he <br />responsible for site inspection of BMPs, evaluation of their eBecliveness, and determining <br />whether modilications or additional BMPs are requhed The CESCL will be thc �nifial <br />point of tontact in case of failure of any erosio.i and sediment coNrol measures. The <br />CESCL will also be responsible tor updaling the SWPPP as necessary. <br />■ Resident Engineef - This project is relatively simple and therelore wili not have a <br />resident engineer on•site.
