January 28, 2010 15 093-93:56 100 <br />7.0 nEPORTING AND RECORD KEEPING <br />7.1 RECORDKEEPING <br />7.1.1 Reco�•ds Retention <br />Records of all �nonitoring infortnation (site logbook, mspection reportslchecklists, maintenance records, <br />etcJ, lhis SWPPP, and any other documentation of compliance with permit requirements will be relained <br />during the life o( the wnstruction project and lor a minimum of 3 years lollowing the t�rmination of permit <br />coverage in accordance with Condition S3 B of ihe NPDES Permit. <br />7.1.2 Access to Pl,ans and Rec�rds <br />This SWPPP, a copy oi the NPC�ES Permit, Notice of Aulhorization Ic':er, and Ihe site logbook will be <br />retained on site or within reasonable access lo the site and will be made availabte upon request to ihe <br />regulalory agencies.
