All of thc worlc under this contract shall be fully tested and inspxted in accordance with <br />the Plans and Specifications. No materials shall be placed or installed witho�it prior <br />acceptance by the ENGINEER, bnsed on test and inspection rosults. <br />B. All satt�pling and testing necessary to secure initial approval of materials shall be the <br />CONTRACTOR's responsibility.
