A copy of the <br />plan with any updates shall be rt�sintained at the work site by the CONCRACTOR. <br />2• The SPCC plan shall identify construction planning ekments and recogniu <br />potential spill sources at the site. The Plan shall outline responsive actions in the <br />event of a spill or release and shall identify not9fication and reporting procedures. <br />The Plan shall also outline CONTRACCOR management elements such as <br />personnel responsibilities, project site security, site inspections and training. <br />3.
