All azeas of hydrosading shall be inspected prior to final project compktion. My azea of <br />spazse or bare coverage lazger than 2 by 2 fat shall be reseeded at no additional cost to <br />the PORT. <br />3.4 HAZARDOUS MATERIAL IMPLEMENTATION <br />' A.
