Work includes all materials, equipment, and labor necessary for copsoil, import and <br />placement, scroening and amendments, finish gading, planting uf trees, shrubs, <br />and groundcover; protxtion, maintenance, guaranta, and replacemenr, and <br />related items necessary to complete the Work indicated on the Drawings and/or <br />��. <br />RELATED WORK SPECIFIED ELSEWHERE <br />A. Section 02273 - Temporary Erosion Control <br />SUBMITTALS <br />A. Contractor shall prepare landscaping plan for approval before plant installation. <br />Plan shall provide path and viewing area, <br />QUALITY ASSURANCE <br />A. Plant Material: All plant material, Washington grade No. 1 as per State of <br />Washington Department of Agriculture Order Numbers 1229,1230, and 1322. All <br />material of exceptional qualiry, siu, and condition as determined by standards set <br />forth in the aforementioned Standards and the American Association of <br />Nurserymen Standazd ANSI 260.1-1973. Plant names shall conform to latest <br />edition of "Standardized Plant Names" as adopted by American Joint Comrnitta <br />of Horticulture Nomenclature. <br />] <br />C� <br />Fertil'v.er: Conform to Washington Stat� Department of Agriculture Laws and <br />Federal SpeciScation 0-F-241 D pertaining ro cottvnercial feniliurs. <br />Soil: Conform to USDA soIl textural class. <br />PRODUCT HANDLING <br />A. All plant material shall be ordered immediately following the awazd of contract. <br />Convactor responsible for assuring that plants of specified sius and quantities <br />will, in fact, be as specified at the time of planting. <br />B.
