When the successful <br />Bidder delivers the er.xut�d Agzament to the OV1'NER, it must be accornpanied by �he <br />required perfonnance and paymien� 3onds. <br />ARTICLE 1� - SIGN/NG OF AGREEM�idT <br />14.1 When the OWNER gives u N,.ice of Award to the successful Biader, it will bc <br />accompanied by the rcquired numbet of unsigned counterparts of the Agretment with al; <br />other written Contract Documents attached. Within seven dnys thenarxr <br />CONTRACTOR shall sign and detiver the required nwnber of countecpans of the <br />Agrcement and attached documents to the OWNER with the required Bonds. Wittw� t� � <br />days thereaker the UWNER shall deliver one fully signed counterpan to C'ONTRACI'OR. <br />Each counterpart is to be accompani�d by a complete set of the Drawings with appropriate <br />identification. <br />14.2 <br />( <br />A. <br />� B. <br />t C. <br />�.ithin seven (7) days afrer rxeipt of Notice of Award, the �idder shall submit the <br />following information to the ENGINEER: <br />A designation of the Work to be performed by the Bidder with his own forces. <br />The proprietary names of the principal items, systems, equipment, and material to be <br />incorporated into che Work and the names and addresses of their supplias. <br />A list containing the name and address of the proposed superintendent, major <br />Subcontractors, or other persons or organizations proposed for the principal ponions of <br />the work. <br />ARTICLE 15 - SALES TAX <br />I5.1 The Contractor shall not include such retail sales tax in the bid itertts of the proposal. <br />
