Applications for Payment will be processed by ENGINEGR ati provid:Ai in the General <br />Conditions. <br />5.1 Progress Payments. PORT shall make progress payments on account of the Contract Price <br />on the basis of CONTRACTOR's Applications for Payment as recortunended by <br />ENGINEER, within twenty (20) working days from application for payment. All progress <br />paymen[s will be on the basis of the progress of the Work as establishecl in paragraph 14.2 <br />of the General Conditions (and i.i the ca.ee of Unit Price Work b::sed on the number of units <br />completecl). <br />5.2 Final PaNnent: Upon final completion and acceptance of the work in accordance with <br />p;;ragraph 14.13 of the General Conditions, PORT shall pay the remainder of ttie Contract <br />Price as recommended by ENGtNEER as provided in said pazagraph 14.13. <br />AR'17CLE 6 - INTEREST <br />All moneys not paid when due as provided in Article 14.13 of the General Conditions shall beaz <br />interest at the maximum rate allowed by law at the place of the Project. <br />AR7'ICI.E 7 - CONTRACTOR'S RF.I'RESENTATIONS <br />In order to induce PORT to enter into this Agreement CONTRACi'OR makes the following <br />rcpresentations: <br />00500-2 <br />
