PJI Bonds signed by an agent must be accompanied by a certified copy of the authority to act. 5.2 If the Surety on any Bond fumished by CONTRACI'OR is declered a bar+lavpt or becomes insolvent or its right to do business is temtinated in any state where any part of the Project is located or it ceases to mat the requ'vements of clauses (i) and (u) or pazagraph 5.1, CONTRAC'fOR shall within five days thereafrer substitute another Bond and Surety.
