PORT OF EVERETT UWION SLOUGH MARSH MITIGATIUN SECtION 00700 GENERAL CONDITiONS ARTICLE 14 - PAYMENTS TO CONTRACCOR AND COMPLETION :� , 14.1 At kzst ten (10) days prior to submitting the 5rst Application for a progress pa}rtrcnt, COIVTRACTOR shall (except as otherwise speci5ed in the (ieneral Requircments) submit to ENGINEER a progress scfKdule, a fuwl scheduk of Shop Dcawing submission and where applicabk a scheduk of values of the Work. These schedules shell be satisfictory in form and substance to ENGINEER. The schedule of values shell include qoantities and prices ag�egating the Contract Price, and shall subdi��ide the Work into cortqonent parts in sufficient detail to suve as the basis for progress payments diuing constcuction. Upon acceptance of the schedale of values by ENGIlVEER, it shall be incorporated into a fonn of Application for Payment acceptabk to ENGINEER. � � � 7�tTi��Sii � •,i . �n. i 14.2 CONTRACTOR shall submit ro ENGWEER for review an Application for Payrtient on a monthly basis, 51kd out and signed by CONTRACfOR covaing the Woric compkted as of the last day of the preceding cale�ar month. 'I7ie closeout date for each progress payrtient period shall be the 15th day of the month. The applicallon shell be accompanied by such supporting documentation as is requffed by the Conaact Documents and aLso as ENC3INEER may reasonaWy requae. If paymient is requested on the basis of materials and oquipment not incoiporated in the Work but deGvered and si :ably stored at the site or at another locadon a�rad to in writing, the Application for Payment shall also be accompanied by such data, satisfactory to PORT, as will establish PORTs titk [o the material and equipment and protect PORTs interest therein, including applicabk insurance. Each subsequent Application for Paymient shall include an affidavit of CON7'RACI'OR stating that all previous progress payments received on account of the Work have ban applied to discharge in full all of CONTRACTOR's obligations retkcted in prior Applications for Payment.
