All drtect and <br />ind'axt costs of PORT in exercising such rights shall be charged against CONtRACTOR in an <br />amount veri5ed by ENGINEER, and a Chenge Order shaR be issued incotporating the necessary <br />rovisions in the Contract Do :uments and a reduction in the Contract Price. Such d'axt and ind'uect <br />costs shall include, in particulaz but without linritation, curt4ensation for additional professional <br />services requ'ved and all costs of repa'v and replacemenc of work of otf�ers destroyed or damaged by <br />correction, nmoval or roplacement of CONfRACfOR's defcctive Work. CONfRACTOR shall not <br />be allowed an extension of the Contract Time because of any delay in perforrtance of the Work <br />attributable to the exercise by PORT of PORTs rights hereunder. <br />END ARTICLE 13 <br />
