All habitable rooms require light and ventilation per Sections 1203.2 8c 1203.3, respectively. Provide aatural light by means of exterior glazed openings with an area not less than 1/10'" of the floor azea with a minimum of 10 square f�et. Provide natwal ventilation by means of exterior openings with an area not less than 1/20 of the floor area with a minimum of 5 square feet. Master bedroom window does not comply. 2. All walls are required to have braced wull panels at each end of each braced wall line and not more than 25' on center. All braced wall panels should be clearly indicated on the panels. Construction of braced wall panels �;hall be by one of the methods listed in Section 2320.11.3 UBC, 1997 Edition. 3. Show post(s) and/or multiple studs at point loads on plan view (floor plan). 4. The tloot plan does not clearly show which walls aze new and which walls are existing. Use different symbols to show; new construction, existing walls and walls to be removed. 5• Provide foundation plan, framing plan and cross-section of new deck offof dining room. 6. Foundation plan does not show the on center spacing of intermediate supports, or a minimum l8" x 24" crawl space access. 7. Plans do not specify what type of doors are used at exterior opening in the dining room. 8. Provide detail of rafter connection at top plates of exterior walls and at the ridge.
