I will address each correction in the same order that you did in your letter dated November 1, 1999. 1. The shearwall at the corner of the master bedroom has been increased to 34" (2'- l0"). This eliminates the need for lateral analysis for wind and seismic loading. (see pg 3) 2. The beam over the washer and dryer will be 6 x 12 DF #1. (see pg 3) 3. The roof over washer and dryer will be constnicted and insulated as shown in diagram l, pg 2. All trusses will be flat throughout house. 4. A new page has been added to show current UBC codes. (see pg 6) 5. Wood to earth separation will be a min 6" as shown in diagram 5, pg 5. 6. Safety glass has been labeled on plans at all hazazdous locations. (see pg 3, tloor plan @ front door and master bedroom door. 7. A landing was previously shown on elevations and has been added to pg 3, floor plan. . The landing will be level with the finished floor and will have steps down to grade. B. Detail of cantilever is shown in diagram 7, pg 5. 9. Roof ftaming over bay windows will be constructed and insulated as shown in diagram 1, pg 2. All trusses will be flat throughout house. 10. A new diagram has bcen added to show correct 1" air s�ace over the insulation baffle. (see diagram ��PBZ) 1 I. There will be no scissor trusses. All trusses will be flat.
