The application is Eor the approval of a Special <br />Property Use Permit Eor the purpose of converting <br />prope�ties at 2601, 2605, 2613, and 2617 Summit Avenue, <br />Everett, tVashington, to residential recovery homes for <br />individuals with alcohol related p�oblems. <br />2. In 1972 the Applicant ceceived a Special Property Use <br />Permit for the propecty located at 2605 Summit Avenue to <br />ope�ate a residential recovery house for individuals <br />with alcohol related problems. With the use of the <br />requested Special Property Use Permit, it is the intent <br />of the Applicant to improve the property at 2605 Summit <br />Avenue and to extend the operation of the treatment <br />center to 2601, 2613, and 2617 Summit Avenue, Everett, <br />washington. <br />The p[operty is zoned R-2, Single Family High Density. <br />4. Section 19.SB.Ol0.C2 requires that community service <br />facilities, like those proposed b} the Applicant, must <br />be operated with the use of a Special Property Use <br />Permit. The Applicant has applied for such a permit. <br />In order foc a Special Property Use Permit to be issued <br />within the City of Evecett, the crit>ria as set forth in <br />Section 19.58.C10.B of che Everett Municipal Code must <br />be adhered to. That criteria include: <br />A.
