The application is for the app�ov�l of a Special <br />pcoperty Use Permit foc the allowance of 3n alcoholic <br />treatment complex at 2601, 2605, 2613, and 2617 Summit <br />Avenue, Everett, Washington. In addition the Applicant <br />has �equested permission to demolish an existing <br />building and construct a new buildin9 east oE the <br />residence at 2605 Summit Avenue. <br />z.
