In 1972 the Applicant received a Special Pcoperty Use Pecmit for the propecty located at 2605 Summit Avenue tn operate a residential recovery house for individuals with alcohol celated problems. With the use of the [equested Special Property Use Permit, it is the intent oE the Applicant to impcove the pcoperty at 2605 Summit Avenue and to extend the operatiun of the t�eatment center to 2ti01, 2613, and 2617 Summit Avenue, Everet[, Washington. 3. The property is zoned R-2, Single Family fiigh Density. 4. Section 19.SB.OLO.C2 requires that community secvice facilities, like those proposed by the Appl.icant, must be operated with the use of a Special Property Use Permit. The Applicant has applied Eor such a permit. 5.
