The application is Eor the approval of a Special <br />Propecty Use permit Eor the purpose oE converting <br />pcoperties at 2601, 2605, 2613, and 2617 Summit Avenue, <br />Everett. Washington, to residential recovery homes for <br />individuals with alcohol related pcoblems. <br />2. In 1972 the Applicant received a Special Pcoperty Use <br />Pecmit for the propecty located at 2605 Summit Avenue tn <br />operate a residential recovery house for individuals <br />with alcohol celated problems. With the use of the <br />[equested Special Property Use Permit, it is the intent <br />oE the Applicant to impcove the pcoperty at 2605 Summit <br />Avenue and to extend the operatiun of the t�eatment <br />center to 2ti01, 2613, and 2617 Summit Avenue, Everet[, <br />Washington. <br />3. The property is zoned R-2, Single Family fiigh Density. <br />4. Section 19.SB.OLO.C2 requires that community secvice <br />facilities, like those proposed by the Appl.icant, must <br />be operated with the use of a Special Property Use <br />Permit. The Applicant has applied Eor such a permit. <br />5. In o�der foc a Special Property Usc Permil Co be issued <br />within the City of Everett, the criteria as set forth in <br />Section 19.58.OLO.E3 of the Everett htunicipal Code musl <br />be adhered to. That c[iteria include: <br />A.
