The Applicant is to <br />design elevations for <br />space located east <br />Avenue. 'Phese plans <br />0067B <br />supply a detailed site plan and <br />the proposed recreation/classroom <br />of the residence at 2605 5ummit <br />are to be su6miti:d to the Everett <br />planning DeFartment and are to show existing and <br />proposed packing, building siae, locacion, and any <br />pcoposed landscaping. The Evecett Planniny DeFartment <br />will [eview the above mentioned plans and will detecmine <br />ii these plans ace compatible with adjacent residentiul <br />uses.
