These plans shall te submitted to <br />the Planning Depactment and shall show existing <br />and proposed parking, building size and location, <br />and any proposed landscaping. That the Applicant sign a Local Improvement <br />Dist�ict covenant for future cight-of-way <br />improvements. <br />The reconstruction ot the b�ilaing behind 2605 Summit <br />Avenue will create additional off-steeet packing. <br />Cureently, packing is not a pcobleen Nithin the vicinity. <br />No adverse testimony was received in this matter. <br />CONCLUSIONS <br />The application is for the approval of a Special <br />Property Use Permit foc the allowance oE an alcohulic <br />treatment complex at 2601, 2605, 2G13, and 2617 Summit <br />Avenue, Everett, Washington. In addition the Applicant <br />has requested pe�mission to demolish an existing <br />building and const�uct a new building east of the <br />cesidence at 2605 Summit Avenue. <br />The cequested Special Peopecty.
