The a�plication is fo� the approval of a Special <br />Pcopecty Use Permit Eor the purpose oE converting <br />properties at 2601, 2605, 2613, and 2617 Summit Avenue, <br />Evecett, Washington, to residential recovecs homes for <br />individuals with alcohol related pcoblems. <br />2. In 1972 the Applicant received a Special Prop?rty Use <br />Pecmit for the prope�ty located at 2605 Summit Avenue to <br />operate a residential recovery house for individuals <br />with alcohol related problems. l�ith the use of the <br />requested Special Propecty Use Permit, it is the intent <br />of the npplicant to impcove the property at 2605 Summit <br />Avenue and to extend tl�e operation of the treatment <br />center to 2ti01, 2613, and 2617 Summit Avenue, Everett, <br />Washington. <br />3. The property is zoned R-2, Single Family iiigh Density. <br />4. Section 19.58.OLO.C2 requires that community service <br />facilities, like those proposed by the Applicant, must <br />be operated with th� use of a Special Property Use <br />Permit. '1'he ApplicanC iias applied l:ur such a pennit. <br />5. In order fo� a Special Pro�erty Usc Permit to 6e issued <br />within the City of Evecett, th� criteria as set Eorth in <br />Section 19.58.010.0 of the Evecett t4unicipal Code must <br />be adhered to. That criteeia include: <br />A.
