In addition to including the thrpe additional p�operties <br />on Summit Avenue with the prope� y at 2605 Summit Avenue <br />under a Special P�operty Use Peemit, it is the intent of <br />the Applicant to demolish the existiny garage behind the <br />residence at 2605 Summit Avenue and replace it with a <br />new building of approximately 24' by 32' in area. This <br />building wi11 provide aclditional recreation and <br />classroom space foc the eecovery house at 2605 Summit <br />Avenue. <br />g, The City oE Everett has designated the subject pcopecty <br />as an instituti�nal use. These �ses are compati'�le with <br />the suc�ounning property to the north end south which <br />include a chu[ch and commeecial use. The peope[ties to <br />the east and west are single family residential. These <br />propecties aee adequately buffeced Erom the s•'bject <br />property in a manner tlia� is not disruptive to these <br />properties. <br />9. The uses oE these properties pcovide the community oE <br />Everett with a necessaey service.
