No adve[se testimony was received. <br />DECISION <br />Based upon the preceding Findings of Facts and Conclusions, the <br />testimony and evidence submitted at the public heaeing and upon <br />a site view by the Everett Heacing Examiner, it is hereby <br />urdered that the cequested Special Pcope�ty Use Fermit for the <br />continued operation of an alcoholic treatment center facility <br />at 2605 Summit Avenue, Evecett, Washington, and the addition oE <br />additional structures fc,r an alcoholic treatment facility at <br />2601, 2613, and 2617 Summit Avenue, Eveeett, 4+ashington, and <br />Eor the permission to reconstcuct an existing <br />cecreation/classroom east of 2605 Summit, Eve�ett, are granteu <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The Applicant is to supply a detailed site plan and <br />des`_gn elevations for the proposed recreation/classroom <br />space located east of the resid�nce at 2G05 Summit <br />Avenue. These plans are to be submitted to ehe Eve�etc <br />Planning De�artment and ace to shoN existing and <br />proposed parking, building size, location, and any <br />proposed iandsca�ing. The Evecett Planniny DeFartment <br />will review the above mentioned plans and wi11 determine <br />iE these plans aee compatible with adjacent residential <br />uses.
