These plans shall be submitted to <br />the Planning Department and shall sliow existing <br />and pcoposed pa�king, building size and location, <br />and any pcoposed landscaping. The Planning <br />Department shall ceview the above mentioned plans, <br />and determine if these plans ace compatible with <br />adjacent eesidential uses, and if not shall <br />schedule the matter fo� public hearing before the <br />City's Hearing Examinec. <br />2. That tlie remodeling oE the cecovery house at 2605 <br />Summit Avenue ahall be reviewed through the normal <br />Special ProFerty Use Permit process when the plans <br />[or this faciLity are better deEined. <br />3. That the constcuction of a new facility at 2613 <br />Summit Avenue shall also be �eviewed through the <br />Special Pcoperty Use Permit hearing p�ocedu[e when <br />the plans foc this Eacility are clearly <br />established. <br />4. The [econstruction ot the building behind 2605 Summit <br />Avenue will create additional ofE-street packing. <br />Curcently, packing is not a problem within the vicinity. <br />13. No adverse testimony was received in this matter. <br />CONCLUSIONS <br />1. The application is for the approval oE a Special <br />Property Use Permit Eor the allowanc^ of an alcoholic <br />treatment �omplex at 2fi01, 2605, 267.t, and 2617 Summit <br />Avenue, Everett, Washington.
