A new energy celculation sheet is enclosed, done by using the WaHsun Compliance format. <br />lease note thet the proposed project is just shy of ineeting the full energy code requirements, but <br />lease teke in account that the sunroom area and the kitchen windows are beinp replaced with a <br />much more efficient produd. <br />2. All of the pertinent sections now include anchor bolt spacing and treated plates at foundation and <br />double top plates at areas of no windows. <br />3. The owner will provide a new vinyl slider window in the existing 4' x 4' glazed area in the <br />proposed media room aiong with a smoke detector for a future habitol area. The existing window <br />opening is approx. 54" above the finished floor, so to accommodate the exiting requirement a <br />step platfortn will be buift to a height to equal a distance of 44" to the window sill. <br />4. An secHon is provided at the wall between the new proposed garage and the laundry room. <br />5. A smoke detector has been added to the hall outside the two proposed bedrooms to the North. <br />8. The plans now show a continuous footing at the garage door instead of a thickened slab. <br />7. A note conceming insulation baffles is on sheet A-5. <br />8.
