Also please change the contact person to refled me because Russ <br />will be unavailable for a shoR time. <br />Please note ihat during some exploratory demoing of the existing sun room adjacent to <br />the rec. room a considerable emount of dryrot was discovered. We ara proposing to replece the <br />existing structure with new mate�fals, inGuding better insulation (R-19) and insuleted vinyi <br />windows. <br />Item Response: <br />1. Smoke delectors are provided in all habilol rooms and corridors thet access them. in existing <br />spnces battery operated detectors are provided, and in new or remodeled erea haidwired unfts <br />with a battery back up are to be instalied. <br />2, The walls at the gerape are constnicted wilh a layer of 5/8" rype 'x' gwb on each side ot 2x stud <br />construction, This assembly constftules a one hour assembly. <br />3.
