ADDENDUM <br />THIS ADDENDUM is made by the undersigned Lessor and <br />Lessee to that presant least existing between them dated <br />March 23, 1973, which lease is in all respects hereby ratified, <br />approved and confirmad, except as expressly herein modified� <br />to-wit: <br />1. It is agreed by the partias that the followinq <br />described property of the lease of March 23, 1973, herein <br />called "Parcel I' is not available for use and occupancy <br />by Lessea: <br />Parcel Z. Baginning at a gate poat on the west- <br />er y margin of Federal Stzaet which is approxi- <br />mately 40 feet northerly and 35 feat westerly <br />of the intersection of the centerlines of <br />Federal Street and California Avenue in Section <br />19, Townahip 29 North, Range 5 East W.M.; thence <br />northarly alonq the westerly marqin of Federal <br />Street, a distanco of 520.0) feet; thance <br />westerly, alonq a line dra�.ni perpendicular with <br />the westerly margin of Federal Street, a dis- <br />tance of 510.00 feet; thence Southerly, along <br />a line drawn parallel with the westerly margin <br />of Federal Street, a distance of 410 feet, <br />more or lesa, to an intersection with the <br />northerly face of Pier 3; thence eastarly, <br />along said northerly face, a distance of 50 <br />feet, more or less, to the northeasterly cor- <br />ner of Pier 3; thance easterly, a distance <br />of 110.00 feet to an intersection with a line <br />drawn parallel with and lying 10 feet northerly <br />of the Main Dock Spur tanqent; thence easterly <br />alonq said parallel line, a dietance of 180.00 <br />feet; thence eastarly, in a straight line, a <br />distanca of 185 feet, more or less, to the <br />point of beqinning.
