� <br />ADDENDUM <br />THrS ADDENDUM is made by the undersigned Lessor and <br />Lessee to that present least existing between them dated <br />March 23, 1973, which lease is in all respects hereby ratified, <br />approved and confirmed, except as expressly herein modified, <br />to-wit: <br />1. It is aqreed by the partias that the following <br />deacribed propezty of the lease of March 23, 1973, herain <br />called "Parcel I" is not available for use and occupancy <br />by Lessae: <br />Parcel I. Beginning at a gate post on the west- <br />er y margin of Federal Street which is approxi- <br />mately 40 feet northerly and 35 feat westerly <br />of the intersection of the centerlines of <br />Federal Street and California Avenue in Section <br />19, Townahip 29 Narth, Ranqe 5 East W.M.; thence <br />northerly alonq the westerly margin of Federal <br />Street, a distance of 520.01 feet; thence <br />westerly, along a line drawu perpendicular with <br />the westerly margin of Federal Street, a dis- <br />tance of 510.00 feet; thence Southerly, along <br />a line drawn parallel with the westerly margin <br />of Federal Street, a distance of 410 feet, <br />more or less, to an intersection with the <br />northerly face of Pier 3; thence eastarly, <br />along said northerly face, a distance of 50 <br />feet, more or less, to the northeasterly cor- <br />ner of Pier 3; thance easterly, a distance <br />of 110.00 feet to an intersection with a line <br />drawn parallel with and lyinq 10 feet northerly <br />of the Main Dock Spur tanqent; thence easterly <br />along said parallel line, a diatance of 180.00 <br />feet; thence easterly, in a straight line, a <br />distanca of 185 feet, more or less, to the <br />point of beqinning.
