Flash off both bri.ck chimneys <br /> with galvanized counter flashing as called out in item <br /> 91. - - <br /> Gutters. Replace wood gutters with new continuous 5" R <br /> style aluminum gutters and downspouts complete with <br /> concrete s�lashblocks sloped away from the house. Front Porch Repairs Check the porch floor framing <br /> for rot, particularly in the southwest corner, and <br /> repair as necessazy to make so�id. Nail down tight all <br /> loose pozch floor boards and cover with 5/8" ACX <br /> plywood. Seal off new plywood edye at top of conctete <br /> steps and add bevelled hardwood strip tapering from top <br /> of new plywood down to top of concrete. Paint out the <br /> plywood with Spantex, or equal (no sand) , applying new <br /> paint according to manufacturer 's recommendations <br /> providing a non-slip surface with color as selected by <br /> the owner. <br /> All new wock to comply with the requirements of the <br /> Uniform Building Code, 1982 edition. <br /> $ �qn°a <br /> 4.
