Such improvement plans shall be coordinated with Snohomish County for <br />the unincorporated portions of corridors that are located in the Everett Planning Area. <br />45. The Washington State Clean Air Act requires the use of all known, available, and reasonable means <br />of controlling air pollution, including dust. Dust generated during construction activities can be <br />controlled by wetting those dust sources such as areas of exposed soils, washing truck wheels <br />before they leave the site, and installing and maintaining gravel construction entrances. <br />Construction vehicle track -cut is also a major dust source. Any evidence of track -out can trigger <br />violations and fines from tho Department of Ecology or the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency. <br />46. The expansion of the Institutional Overlay shall be approved by City Council prior to commencement <br />of work on site. However, in the event the Council's action is delayed, the demolition and parking lot <br />construction may proceed under the B-2 zoning standards, and the arts and sciences building <br />reviewed in accordance with Ordinance 2232-97. <br />GENERAL INFORMATION <br />The Snohomish County PUD currently has sufficient capacity to serve'ne proposed development. <br />For further information about !;ie electrical service requirements for this project, please call the <br />District's Everett Office at (425) 258-8272. <br />I Q- <br />
