Godes 2L PAGE 1 ur 1
PROJECT Everett Community Colluge - Arts & Sciences Building PROJECT At 84734.50
SUBJECT Stormwater/Drainage Analysis
Kirk,
We have not submitted a drainage analvsis with this permit submittal as there will be essentially no change to the
site drainage characteristics as a result of this project. The existing on -site conveyance system will be utilized for
storm drainage conveyance, and no new connections will be made to the City's combined sewer system in
Broadway Avenue. There are no existing storm water treatment facilities on our site. As the ultimate point of storm
water discharge is the combined sewer system, no on -site storm water treatment has been provided. In fact. our
project eliminates a large area of pollutant generating surfaces. There are no existing storm water detention
systems on our site. As the site is currently a paved parking lot with very little pervious surfaces, and because our
project will essentially match that condition, no storm water detention has been provided.
If you have any questions or require additional information, please feel free to contact me.
I;\E%CCAvtBSdCiv\EnginemsWrk Brooks Memo.doc
