The Undergraduate Education <br /> Center (UEC) is a three-level building of approximately 77,000 gross square feet <br /> containing classrooms, offices and suppoR spaces for faculty and stafi of Everett <br /> Community Collego and for tlie University Center. The bullding footprint of <br /> approximately 21,808 square feet is currently part oi a surface parking lot served by <br /> Campus Drive. Displaced parking will be replaced by naw parking on the Pilchuck and <br /> Glacier sites, exaansion of surfac�� parking lots at the Early Learning Center, Pregnancy <br /> Resource Center and Time Oil Sites, and East campus parking. Campus Drive will be <br /> reiocated prior to construction of UEC The existing Early Learning (ELC) is a 10,000 gsf, <br /> single-story building containing a daycare center and associated staH spaces. The <br /> building will be undergoing an intertor renovation inciuding kitchen. Approximately <br /> S,OUO gross square feet of classroom space will be added to thQ bullding.
