The Undergraduate Education Center (UEC) is a three-level building of approximately 77,000 gross square feet containing classrooms, offices and suppoR spaces for faculty and stafi of Everett Community Collego and for tlie University Center. The bullding footprint of approximately 21,808 square feet is currently part oi a surface parking lot served by Campus Drive. Displaced parking will be replaced by naw parking on the Pilchuck and Glacier sites, exaansion of surfac�� parking lots at the Early Learning Center, Pregnancy Resource Center and Time Oil Sites, and East campus parking. Campus Drive will be reiocated prior to construction of UEC The existing Early Learning (ELC) is a 10,000 gsf, single-story building containing a daycare center and associated staH spaces. The building will be undergoing an intertor renovation inciuding kitchen. Approximately S,OUO gross square feet of classroom space will be added to thQ bullding.
