5. By 2015 provide support (or CTRfTDM program and prooi lhat goals are attained or <br /> provide more parking. <br /> 6. All parking areas must be paved and laid out per City of Everett standards. <br /> 7 Construction phasing cannot eliminate on campus parking until replacement parking is on <br /> line, excepl during the summer months when there is surplus parking. <br /> 8. Any gradinglfill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. <br /> 9. This project musl comply with the current Cily of Evemtt Building Code and Sprinkler <br /> Ordinance. <br /> 10. Special cherges for conneclion to lhe sewer and water systems in accordance wilh <br /> Ordir�ance 1998-94 and subsequent revision are applicable. These charges are based on <br /> projected water usage and can be substanliai. Applicant is encouraged to obtain a copy of <br /> the Ordinance and determine eslimated �harges prior�o building permit application. The <br /> act�al charges shall be computed by the Public Wnrks Department per the ordinance in <br /> e(fect at the time and according to Ihe information on the approved plans at the time of <br /> building permit issuance. <br /> 11. Slormwaler delention may be required if lhe project will si�nificanUy increase stormwater <br /> flows and/or change the discharge location lo the comb�ned system. <br /> 12. Watermain must be looped and sized acc�rdingly as to meel the fire ilow reauirement. <br /> 13. Approva� of construction plans will reqwre demonstration that ail pertinent standards and <br /> regulations are met. <br /> 14. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet but not closer lhan 50 feet of every <br /> slruclure. <br /> 15. A flre hydrant is required within 350 driving fect of every siru:turc. The hydrant(s) must <br /> meel City specifications. <br /> 16. City streels and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times duriny <br /> construclion. Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by lhe Public <br /> Works inspeclor. <br /> 17. As-builts of storm sewer, sanilary sewer, and w2ter syslems wiil be required to be <br /> submitted per Cily Design and Conslruc�ion Slandards and Speci(ications (or <br /> Development. <br /> 18. A permit is required for the deslination of the fdl. <br /> 19. A demolition permit is required. <br /> 20. A building permit will be required for this construction. This construction musl acihere to <br /> the City of Everett building code. <br /> 21. Any broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repaired/replaced per the City Public Works <br /> Inspector. <br /> 22. Walkways musl be provided irom the building entrance to the public sidewalk. <br /> � <br /> �� <br />
