� • • <br /> ADDENDUM TO E�VIRONMlNTAL CHECKLIST&ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT <br /> EVERETT COMMUNITY COLLEGE—INDEX QUAD PARTIAL DEMOLITION <br /> Lead Agenry: <br /> Everett Cammunity Callege <br /> Proposal: <br /> The proposal is demolition of three buildings in the Index Quad complex on the Everett Community <br /> College Campus. <br /> The Indez Quad is a four-building complex constructed in 1966 and circa 1975.The 6uildings are past <br /> their useful life,da not function as needed to support ongoing programs, and are not economic to <br /> repair.A repiacement building was previously constructed on the campus.At this time,there is no <br /> specific plan or design,and no funding available,for a new building on the site praposed for demolition; <br /> the College maste�•plan will be updated in th a future and will address the site.In the interim,the area of <br /> the demolished buildings would be seeded and landscaped and used as open space for students and <br /> faculty. <br /> �� The demolition plan is shown in Attachment A to this addendum.
