August 21, 2013 <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO. 1308-27 <br /> FIRST READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving the appropriations of the 2013 revised <br /> city of Everett budget and amending Ordinance No. 3327-13. <br /> Presented by Rae Ann Weighter, Finance <br /> President Moore announced that the third and final reading of this <br /> ordinance is scheduled for September 4, 2013. He noted that this <br /> ordinance is for the City's 2013 mid-year budget adjustment. For the <br /> 2014 fiscal year, it is anticipated that a revenue workshop with city council <br /> will be held on September 11, 2013.
