6 <br /> Exhibit A-1 <br /> Amended Scope of Work <br /> Work to be Performed <br /> 1. Scope of Work for Senator Henry M. Jackson Memorial Park: <br /> This amendment deletes the entire scope of work for Senator Henry M. Jackson <br /> Memorial Park identified on page 10 of Exhibit A of the Professional Services <br /> Agreement. <br /> 2. Scope of Work for Lions Park: <br /> This amendment maintains the entire scope of work for Lions Park identified on page 10 <br /> of Exhibit A of the Professional Services Agreement, and deletes Work Product#8, <br /> "Provide construction administration services" for Lions Park, identified on page 11, <br /> "Products for All Three Projects", of Exhibit A of the Professional Services Agreement. <br /> In addition,the following milestones are incorporated for completion of Service Provider <br /> tasks: <br /> a. No later than May 16,2007,provide the city with complete construction drawings <br /> with a construction cost opinion. <br /> b. No later than May 31, 2007,provide the City with bid packages based on the <br /> City's typical bid package and procedures for this type of project. <br /> c. No later than June 10, 2007,respond to revisions identified by the City during <br /> review processes. <br /> d. No later than June 29, 2007,provide addendums and/or bid clarifications as <br /> needed and complete assistance with contractor selection as needed. <br /> 3. Scope of Work for Grand Avenue Park: <br /> This amendment maintains the entire scope of work for Lions Park identified on page 11 <br /> of Exhibit A of the Professional Services Agreement and, due to changes in the scope of <br /> the project during the term of performance of the Professional Services Agreement, <br /> acknowledges additional work for park development plan, site design, and review and <br /> revisions tasks. This amendment also deletes Work Products 6, 7, and 8 for Grand <br /> Avenue Park, identified on page 11, "Products for All Three Projects", of Exhibit A of <br /> the Professional Services Agreement. In addition,the following milestone is <br /> incorporated for completion of Service Provider tasks: <br /> a.
