The City will provide LIDAR data, copies of existing topography, a copy of the District 5 map showing
what they maintain,a copy of the planned upgrade for the WPCF, and a copy of all design and permit
documents for the new levees.
5. The City will provide the GIS basemap, aerial photograph GIS layer overlay, and GIS layers for utilities
that are in,near,or cross the existing levees and utilities that are in,near or cross 4th Street SE and 12th
Street NE. We have also assumed that the City would provide us with reports, maps, and GIS layers(if
available)of 10-year flood stage elevations.
6. The City will provide geotechnical reports and subsurface information for the WPFC and Ievees, utilities,
roadways, and other improvements in the project area that are in the WPFC or City files.
7. For this project phase,we will not research Washington State Department of Transportation or other
agency files for subsurface data. We propose that these data be collected and reviewed during the next
project phase if levee modifications are proposed.
8. The City will provide a boat and driver capable of taking two additional personnel for the one-day on-
water reconnaissance effort.
66
