CFR § 92.353(c)(2)(i)(A), and occupying the property upon completion of HOME <br /> assistance; <br /> 8. Records demonstrating that each project meets the lead-based <br /> paint requirements of 24 CFR § 92.355 and of 24 CFR Part 35, subparts A, B, J, K, <br /> M and R; <br /> 9. Records supporting requests for waivers of, and exceptions to, <br /> the conflict of interest prohibitions contained in 24 CFR § 84.42 and 24 CFR § 92.356 <br /> and in Section II-H of this Agreement; <br /> 10. Records demonstrating compliance with 24 CFR Part 58, <br /> including flood insurance requirements. <br /> B. Reports <br /> The Agency agrees to submit to the City such reports as the City requests pursuant <br /> to the requirements of State or Federal law. As a minimum, the Agency shall submit <br /> in a format prescribed by the City, the following: <br /> 1 . Quarterly Reports <br /> Quarterly reports in the form of Attachment J shall be due one month after the <br /> end of each quarter; shall cover the preceding three month period; and shall <br /> include such demographic, loan activity, and financial management information as <br /> required by the City. <br /> 2. Annual Reports <br /> The Agency shall file with the City an annual report in a form approved by the City no <br /> later than thirty (30) days after the end of each fiscal year established for the Project. <br /> The report shall contain such information as the City may then require, including, but <br /> not limited to, the following: <br /> a. The loans provided by the Project: <br /> The number of loans made; <br /> ii. The number of loans repaid to the Agency; <br /> iii. The number of loans in default; and <br /> iv. The number of foreclosures. <br /> b. The households served by the Project, indicating: <br /> HOME and ADDI Agreement between <br /> City of Everett and HomeSight <br /> 3 0 19 <br />
