Each household's annual income, family size, and <br /> composition, race, and actual monthly loan <br /> payment; and <br /> ii. The number of assisted households with incomes <br /> at or below 30 percent of median income, at or <br /> below 50 percent of median income, and at or <br /> below 80 percent of median income; <br /> iii. The type of home purchased and number of <br /> bedrooms; and <br /> iv. The amount of down payment assistance. <br /> Each such report shall be subject to the approval of the City. <br /> 3. Other Information <br /> The Agency shall submit a plan for conducting targeted outreach to minorities, to <br /> residents and tenants of public and manufactured housing, and to other families <br /> assisted by public housing agencies. The City may request any other information <br /> that it deems necessary to monitor compliance with requirements set forth in this <br /> Agreement. Such information shall be provided promptly by the Agency. <br /> 4. Inspections <br /> At any time during the term of this Agreement, the City or its designee may enter and <br /> inspect the physical premises of the Agency's office and inspect all accounting and <br /> other records pertaining to the HOME assistance activities and operation of the <br /> Project. Upon request by the City, the Agency shall notify homebuyers of upcoming <br /> inspections of their homes or records before purchase in order to ensure compliance <br /> with HOME Program rules pertaining to property standards as contained at 24 CFR <br /> § 92.251 and 25 CFR § 92.355 and in accordance with State law. The Agency shall <br /> include in its written agreements with homebuyers the reserved right of the City to <br /> inspect homebuyers' records. <br /> VI. ENFORCEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT <br /> A. Disputes <br /> Any dispute concerning questions of fact in connection with the obligations covered <br /> by this Agreement and not disposed of by the terms herein shall be referred for <br /> determination to the Manager of Long Range Planning and Community Development <br /> or his/her designee, whose decision in the matter shall be final and binding upon the <br /> parties, provided however, that if an action is brought challenging the decision, the <br /> HOME and ADDI Agreement between <br /> City of Everett and HomeSight <br /> 20 3 J <br />
