<br /> DETAILED SUMMARY STATEMENT:
<br /> Bids were opened on April 24, 2007, for the East Marine View Drive Project. Four bids were received, as
<br /> shown in the attached bid summary, with the lowest responsive and responsible bid submitted by KLB
<br /> Construction, Inc., of Mukilteo, WA. This project involves street widening, left turn pockets, curbs, gutters,
<br /> sidewalks, illumination, overlay, signal improvements, new traffic signals, water and sewer improvements,
<br /> catch basins, inlets, storm drainage, telemetry conduit, and all other appurtenances necessary to complete the
<br /> project.
<br /> The funding sources for the contract are as follows:
