9 <br /> Scope of Work <br /> Triangle Associates, Inc. and its successors and assigns will market and administer <br /> environmental education programs to be given at high school, middle school and elementary <br /> schools that are geographically located in the City of Everett Water service area. <br /> City of Everett agrees to pay Triangle As sociates, Inc. for marketing and administration of water <br /> conservation and surface water programs and 200-220 workshop days of presentations (800-880 <br /> presentations). <br /> Additionally, City of Everett agrees to pay Triangle Associates, Inc. for scheduling and <br /> confirming presentations designated by the City of Everett. <br /> Development, presentation, and scheduling will be for the school year 2007-2008. <br /> • Triangle will provide marketing and materials for the following programs: <br /> Three water conservation programs, one elementary, one middle school and one high <br /> school. These programs will teach school-age children about the importance of <br /> conservation of water and age appropriate methods of water conservation. In addition, <br /> Triangle will continue presenting and modifying as needed the above programs. <br /> An elementary school surface water/watershed protection program. This program will <br /> provide elementary school-age children a basic understanding of surface water, water <br /> sheds, and watershed protection. <br /> A middle school comprehensive water program that provides a two-day session that <br /> includes water issues such as water quality, surface water, watershed protection, and <br /> wastewater. <br /> • Triangle will update and revise program materials including draft and final scripts, draft <br /> and final station design, purchase any needed props, and develop a worksheet at the <br /> middle and high school levels to be used in conjunction with the presentations. Triangle <br /> will update the camera-ready marketing letter/brochure. This brochure will include <br /> descriptions of all workshops, photos of workshop activities, and information <br /> highlighting the 1-day, 2-day, or 3-day option for middle school programs. Triangle will <br /> also update pre and post lesson materials for each workshop and will create camera-ready <br /> text of student conservation pledge cards. City of Everett must approve any and all <br /> materials developed for the programs prior to classroom presentation. <br /> • The programs would be modified as needed to increase effectiveness within the first few <br /> presentations. The programs would essentially stay the same for the whole school year. <br /> Small modifications in the verbal part of the presentation could be made throughout the <br /> year. <br /> Scope of Work <br /> City of Everett and Triangle Associates, Inc. <br /> June, 2005 Page 1 <br />
