9 <br /> • Presentations will be scheduled and presented over the 2007-08 school year. Budget <br /> assumes that a minimum of three and a maximum of five presentations would be made <br /> each day. 200-220 workshop days will be scheduled to accommodate a total of 800-880 <br /> presentations. <br /> • Triangle will research and update teacher contact databases, and will make available <br /> upon request an Excel mailing list of teachers and school contacts. Triangle will send to <br /> the City of Everett quarterly a list of presentations given. This list will also include future <br /> presentations scheduled for the remaining school year as well as the service area,name of <br /> school and number of students scheduled. <br /> • City of Everett will print and mail out brochures to teachers on the provided teacher lists. <br /> City of Everett will also print student conservation pledge cards and provide Triangle <br /> with additional student and marketing materials. <br /> • Triangle will market all of the programs over the 2007-08 school year and will schedule <br /> elementary, middle and high-school presentations. <br /> • Triangle will distribute any materials/evaluation forms on the day of the presentation. <br /> Triangle will consolidate teacher evaluation responses into a final report at the conclusion <br /> of the 2007-2008 school year. <br /> • Triangle will have the City of Everett's permission to market, without reimbursement to <br /> the City of Everett, a similar program to other water purveyors with the understanding <br /> that the materials would need to be modified and the City of Everett credited. <br /> This Scope of Work does not represent any other contract-whether expressed or implied-between <br /> Triangle Associates, Inc. and Everett Public Works. Upon completion of implementation each <br /> month, Contractor will bill Everett Public Works for development and/or presentation work <br /> completed that month and will submit a presentation schedule listing the locations and dates of <br /> the completed presentations.
