I 8 <br /> 9 5-04.1 Description <br /> 10 This Work consists of providing and placing one or more layers of plant-mixed hot mix I 11 asphalt (HMA) on a prepared foundation or base, in accordance with these <br /> 12 Specifications and the lines, grades, thicknesses, and typical cross-sections shown <br /> 13 in the Plans.
