See Section 5- <br /> 3 04.2(1)A to determine when to include samples of RAP or RAS. <br /> 4 <br /> 5 • Identify the brand, type, and percentage of anti-stripping additive in the <br /> I 6 mix design submittal. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 • Include with the mix design submittal a certification from the asphalt <br /> I <br /> 9 binder supplier that the anti-stripping additive is compatible with the crude <br /> 10 source and the formulation of asphalt binder proposed for use in the mix <br /> 11 design. <br /> I 12 <br /> 13 • Do not include warm mix asphalt (WMA) additives when developing a mix <br /> 14 design or submitting a mix design for QPL evaluation. The use of warm <br /> I15 <br /> 16 mix asphalt (WMA) additives is not part of the process for obtaining <br /> approval for listing a mix design on the QPL. The Contracting Agency may extend the 12 month listing <br /> I25 provided the Contractor submits a certification letter to the Qualified Products <br /> 26 Engineer verifying that the aggregate source and job mix formula (JMF) gradation, <br /> 27 and asphalt binder crude source and formulation have not changed. The Contractor <br /> ' 28 may submit the certification no sooner than one month prior to expiration of the <br /> 29 initial 12 month mix design approval. Within 7 calendar days of receipt of the <br /> 30 Contractor's certification, the Contracting Agency will update the QPL.
