Do not submit samples of RAP with these mix designs. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 4. Testing RAP or RAS stockpiles is not required for obtaining <br /> 19 approval for placing these mix designs on the QPL. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 5-04.2(1)A2 High RAP/Any RAS - Mix Design Submittals for <br /> 22 Placement on QPL <br /> 23 For High RAP/Any RAS mix designs, comply with the following additional <br /> 24 requirements: <br /> 25 <br /> 26 1. For mix designs with any RAS, test the RAS stockpile (and RAP <br /> 27 stockpile if any RAP is in the mix design) in accordance with <br /> 28 Table 3. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 2. For High RAP mix designs with no RAS, test the RAP stockpile <br /> 31 in accordance with Table 3. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 3. For mix designs with High RAP/Any RAS, construct a single <br /> 34 stockpile for RAP and a single stockpile for RAS and isolate <br /> 35 (sequester) these stockpiles from further stockpiling before <br /> 36 beginning development of the mix design. Test the RAP and <br /> 37 RAS during stockpile construction as required by item 1 and 2 I 38 above.
