(The acceptance data generated for the Section 3-04 28 acceptance analysis will not be commingled with the acceptance data 29 generated for the Section 5-04.3(9) acceptance analysis.) Aggregate 30 acceptance samples shall be taken as described in Section 3-04. Aggregate 31 acceptance testing will be performed by the Contracting Agency. Aggregate 32 contributed from RAP and/or RAS will not be evaluated under Section 3-04. 33 34 For aggregate that will be used in HMA mixture which will be accepted by 35 either Statistical or Nonstatistical Evaluation, the Contracting Agency's 36 acceptance of the aggregate will be based on: 37 38 1. Samples taken prior to mixing with asphalt binder, RAP, or RAS; 39 40 2. Testing for the materials properties of fracture, uncompacted void 41 content, and sand equivalent; 42 43 3.
