1 Temporary pavement marking will be measured by the linear foot asp rovided in Section <br /> 2 8-23.4. <br /> 3 I 4 Water will be measured by the M gallon as provided in Section 2-07.4. <br /> 5 <br /> 6 5-04.5 Payment <br /> 7 Payment will be made for each of the following Bid items that are included in the <br /> 8 Proposal: <br /> 9 <br /> 10 "HMA Cl. PG ", per ton. <br /> 11 "HMA for Approach Cl. PG " per ton. <br /> 12 "HMA for Preleveling Cl PG ", per ton. <br /> 13 "HMA for Pavement Repair Cl. PG ", per ton. I <br /> 14 "Commercial HMA", per ton. <br /> 15 The unit Contract price per ton for"HMA Cl. PG ", "HMA for Approach Cl. <br /> 16 _ PG ", "HMA for Preleveling Cl. PG ", "HMA for Pavement Repair Cl. <br /> 17 PG ", and "Commercial HMA" shall be full compensation for all costs, <br /> 18 including anti-stripping additive, incurred to carry out the requirements of Section 5- <br /> 19 04 except for those costs included in other items which are included in this <br /> 20 Subsection and which are included in the Proposal. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 "Crack Sealing-FA", by force account. <br /> 11 <br /> 23 "Crack Sealing-FA" will be paid for by force account as specified in Section 1-09.6. <br /> 24 For the purpose of providing a common Proposal for all Bidders, the Contracting <br /> 25 Agency has entered an amount in the Proposal to become a part of the total Bid by I <br /> 26 the Contractor. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 "Crack Sealing-LF", per linear foot. <br /> 29 The unit Contract price per linear foot for"Crack Sealing-LF" shall be full payment <br /> 30 for all costs incurred to perform the Work described in Section 5-O4.3(4)A. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 "Soil Residual Herbicide ft. Wide", per mile, or <br /> 33 "Soil Residual Herbicide", per square yard. <br /> 34 The unit Contract price per mile or per square yard for "Soil Residual Herbicide" <br /> 35 shall be full payment for all costs incurred to obtain, provide and install herbicide in <br /> 36 accordance with Section 5-O4.3(4)B. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 "Pavement Repair Excavation Incl. Haul", per square yard. <br /> 39 The unit Contract price per square yard for "Pavement Repair Excavation Incl. <br /> 40 Haul" shall be full payment for all costs incurred to perform the Work described in <br /> 41 Section 5-O4.3(4)C with the exception, however, that all costs involved in the <br /> 42 placement of HMA shall be included in the unit Contract price per ton for "HMA for <br /> 43 Pavement Repair Cl.
