8 <br /> E. GOLF CAR AND EQUIPMENT OPERATIONS <br /> 1. Vehicle Management <br /> a. The Contractor shall manage the inventory of golf cars available at each <br /> course in an efficient manner that seeks to optimize golf car revenue and <br /> enhance customer experience. <br /> b. Customers must be eighteen (18) years of age and have a current driver's <br /> license to rent and operate a power golf car. <br /> c. Golf car operators must follow all course rules and restrictions. <br /> d. No vehicles, other than golf cars shall be permitted (except as required for <br /> maintenance purposes). <br /> e. The Contractor will track usage relative to green fee counts, a percent of <br /> green fee revenue and to tournaments, outings, leagues, clubs and special <br /> event play. <br /> f. Upon approval of the Director, the Contractor may rent and/or lease on a <br /> temporary basis, additional golf cars for tournaments and special events. <br /> g. The Contractor will keep a log of scheduled and unscheduled <br /> maintenance, as well as the percentage of the fleet that is operative. <br /> h. Fleet availability shall exceed 95 percent(95%) and be in optimum <br /> condition. <br /> i. Golf cars are to be kept clean and trash free at all times, and neatly staged <br /> for customer convenience. <br /> 2. Rental Equipment Management <br /> a. The minimum number of pull carts shall be determined by the City at each <br /> course, subject to available storage capacity. The minimum number of <br /> pull carts may be changed from time to time by the City. <br /> F. STARTING AND MARSHALLING <br /> 1. Starter Responsibilities <br /> a. Starter Responsibilities are listed in Exhibit A. <br /> b. The Contractor shall provide the services of a Starter at all appropriate <br /> times. <br /> 12 1 0 <br />
