8 <br /> h. As requested by Parks, the Contractor shall provide the following <br /> including, but not limited to the following manuals: <br /> 1) Policy and Procedures manual for each profit center. <br /> 2) Staff training manual. <br /> 3) Employee policy manual. <br /> 4) Point of Sale procedures manual. <br /> 2. Annual Report <br /> a. The Contractor shall submit to Parks, for its review and approval, on or <br /> before February 15 of each operating year, an Annual Report. Each <br /> Annual Report shall include, but not be limited to the following for the <br /> operating year described in the Annual Report: <br /> 1) Actual gross revenue by profit center. <br /> 2) Actual direct costs by profit center. <br /> 3) Rounds of golf by golfer type and group. <br /> 4) Actual capital expenditures. <br /> 5) Annual financial statement. <br /> 6) Analysis of actual revenue and expenses compared to budget. <br /> 7) Analysis of marketing and promotional activities. <br /> 8) Customer service data including but not limited to pace of <br /> play and results of customer surveys. <br /> b. The Contractor and Parks shall meet on an annual basis to discuss the <br /> contents of the annual report. <br /> 3. Leases <br /> a. The Contractor shall provide to Parks copies of any and all current leases <br /> entered into by the Contractor and any vendor, contractor or subcontractor <br /> for services or goods provided to the Contractor at the courses. <br /> 4. Compliance with Laws <br /> a. The Contractor and Parks shall comply with all municipal ordinances and <br /> all state and federal laws and regulations applicable to the terms and <br /> conditions of this Contract. The Contractor and Parks shall not knowingly <br /> permit any illegal activities to be conducted on or at the premises of the <br /> courses. <br /> b. If any permits or licenses are required, the Contractor shall obtain all such <br /> required permits or licenses from the appropriate regulatory agency before <br /> undertaking the regulated activity. The non-labor direct cost of obtaining <br /> such licenses and permits will be considered "Direct Costs." <br /> � 0f- <br /> 15 <br />
